Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd was established on the 01st of January 2007 by a young Cambodian businessman, Dr. Kim Heang, Ph.D. The original name, Khmer Real Estate Agency opened in 2007 was changed to Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd on the 18th of January 2008 and registered at the Ministry of Commerce, Kingdom of Cambodia (Co.11357KH/2008). Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd has first received its full licenses for the Property Valuation & Appraisal and Real Estate Service from the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Kingdom of Cambodia on the 29th of August 2008. 10 years later, Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd purchased the master franchise from the United States of America – KELLER WILLIAMS (KELLER WILLIAMS CAMBODIA), to keep at par with the growing real estate industry in Cambodia and South East Asia.
KW Cambodia was awarded to Dr Kim Heang in May 2018. Currently, KW Cambodia Head Quarter is located in #280, Tep Phan Blved (182), Sangkat Tuek Laak III, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. KW Cambodia is officially opened in April 2019 and awarded four market centers (four sub-franchises), namely KW Khmer Real Estate , KW Sam SN, KW Battambang, and KW Siem Reap.
